Your appointments are very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We realize that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for any cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit you and ensure we are in the position to provide best quality service in a timely manner to all of our guests.
We ask for a 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a 50% Fee payable immediately. Any no call/no show appointment will be charged the full appointment price.
Please arrive with your hair free of heavy oils/grease, twists, braids, or dirt/debris from recently removed extensions. A $25 up-charge will be applied to hair that is excessively tangled, matted, or dirty. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if your hair requires additional prep time.
